At Chester Springs CrossFit, our classes are designed to give you everything you need to dramatically improve your overall fitness level!

CrossFit Classes: Our CrossFit classes begin with a dynamic warm-up and stretch focused specifically on the elements and movements of the workout that day. This is typically followed by a Skills and/or Strength session, and then the Workout of the Day (WOD) is performed as a group. All movements are discussed and demonstrated, and your Trainer will keep you on track throughout the entire class.

CrossFit Weightlifting Classes: The primary objective of our Weightlifting classes is to help everyone develop the skill and strength required to perform the basic Olympic Lifts, and ultimately improve their technique and performance. These classes are specifically designed for all experience levels and abilities; both novice and experienced Lifters benefit from additional, focused instruction to take their performance to the next level. 

Open Gym Classes: The Open Gym hour is a time when athletes may work on whatever they choose with the guidance and supervision of a Coach. Miss a lift? Want to make up a WOD? OR just concentrate on a particular skill progression…this is the time to do it!

CrossFit Kids and CrossFit Teens Classes:  The overall objective of the CrossFit Kids and the CrossFit Teems program is to provide a safe, and FUN environment where children and adolescents are able to develop and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. The emphasis is on quality of movement, which translates to enhanced sports performance, fewer sports injuries for kids, and improved cognitive function.  Our goal is to increase physical competence in the 10 areas of fitness: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.  All things that kids need to do when they play sports, or just play – pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump. Our Kids CrossFit classes are divided by age (Kids 5-11), and Teens (12-16) so that we can best meet the developmental needs of each group.

CrossFit Kids Summer Camp Sessions:  Keep your Kids moving and on the go during the summer! Ages 5-11 are welcome to join us Monday-Thursday from 11:30am to 1:30pm. ALL the fun Kids stuff, plus games, field trips, and much, much more!
